The Day of Doom!

October 27th was a "Day of Doom" for little Sasha. This picture, notice she is smiling, was right before she fell to the side and hit her head on the TV stand. Fortunately, no damage was done and she was smiling once again in no time. However, I did say this was a DAY of doom.
Incident #2: Sasha was once again standing, this time holding on to Mom's toes while facing the mirror. (She likes to entertain herself in the mirror, or she likes to talk to the baby that's looking back at her - we're not sure which) Somehow (Brit doesn't know because he was at school, and apparently Hilary has blocked this traumatic experience from her memory) Sasha lost her grip or balance, fell away from Mom, and smashed her nose into the carpet (much better than the mirror, but still not fun). Fortunately, again, no permanent damage (we think) was caused - ...well...she has been kind of wobbly lately (j/k she's always been wobbly on her feet, but she is getting more stable every day!).
Incident #3: To cap it all off... Mom and baby were getting ready to leave. Mom bent down to set Sasha on the floor and Sasha thought she was suddenly an escape artist and did this funky roll right out of Mom's arms. Unfortunately, Sasha wasn't prepared for the landing and she landed smack on her face - AGAIN!
To this day, Mom is still more traumatized and mortified than the baby is and is trying to block it all out of her memory but Dad keeps reminding her.

As you can see in the pictures, Sasha does not have a boxer's nose, nor a crooked witch's nose so we think we're ok. Sasha is still a very happy baby which we are ever grateful for - that is until the teeth start to come in, we hear that's not very fun.

Honestly, Sasha couldn't have a better mom in the world - (*Note: Brit wrote this. Hilary would never brag about herself like that nor would she EVER tell anyone about anything that happened on the dreaded "Day of Doom!")
